The room is clean and equipped with a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The point is sea view was an unexpected bonus. The staff are excellent and amicable, the location is marvellous. Also, it's so close toAir Force Chalets.

The rooms here are very spacious and well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The location of Jewel Beach Matrouh was fantastic. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful pool and take in the stunning views of the sea. The staff, particularly Mr. Abanoub, the Dinner Restaurant Manager, were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The laundry service was also incredibly fast, which was a huge convenience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the sea and all the attractions were within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was spotless, including the beach. Parking was hassle-free, and the staff were always there to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. They were helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to laundry service, which was super fast. I also enjoyed the water sports activities that were available on the beach, which was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. the complimentary welcome basket in the room was a nice touch, and the panoramic sea views from the spacious rooms were spectacular.

I have to mention that the food quality at the buffet was not great, some items were not fresh, and the variety could be improved. Housekeeping could use some work as the cleaning tools seemed outdated and dirty, and some areas were not properly cleaned, such as the windows and bathroom bin.

The hotel's proximity to the sea is definitely a plus, with breathtaking panoramic views available from some of the rooms. Guests praised the spaciousness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast, despite limited variety, was made enjoyable by the attentiveness of the waitstaff.

The lack of regular cleaning and maintenance was a detractor mentioned by some guests, with reports of dusty common areas and uncleaned windows.

The hotel had a great location right by the beach with beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. One of the best aspects was the water sports offered, which was a fun activity for the whole family to enjoy. the parking service was excellent and made it very easy to access the hotel.

There were some downsides to our stay. The room lacked amenities and the breakfast buffet had very limited variety and some of the food did not seem fresh.

This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, providing exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also excellent amenities. the beach access was unparalleled, with stunning views and comfortable sun loungers.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, but it did not overshadow the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.
